Neta Ballard is a Product Manager in the Sales and Marketing Group. She joined ECP in 1996 and gained extensive experience as a Project Engineer responsible for the Industrial and Hand & Power Tools business segments. In 2004,a promotion to Product Manager put her experience directly to use with our customers. Prior to ECP she worked for two other plastic injection molders. Neta has 17 years experience in the plastics industry including molding, painting, project management and sales.
